Carnitas? Never heard of her.

I am at war with my toilet and my weapon of choice is the hot dog taco. This recipe is somewhat inspired by birria tacos, but it’s also inspired by me just being a total piece of human garbage.

Ingredients list: hot dogs, tortilla, beef stock, onion, ketchup, relish, cilantro, cheese & taco seasoning.

First order of business: Ketchup Consommé. Toss about half an onion, 2 cups of beef stock and 1/4c of ketchup into a pot and bring to a light simmer under the onions are tender

While all that is going on you can cook those fuckin wieners. Slice up into 1/2” slices and fry up until they start to brown up a bit. Once they have cooked and look legit, add the taco seasoning and a few small scoops of the K.C. (ketchup consommé)

Send your tortillas for a lil spay day in the K.C. They only need to be dipped briefly. Crisp them up on a hot skillet on both sides until nice and browned.
